Meet The Team

From a young age he was always at his father’s garage after school and at the weekends, where he learnt the tools of his trade. When his father got sick, Damian took the helm and went on to run the family business for a further 10 years.

Damian then took on a position at a BMW dealer before leaving to launch Bartlett Automotive in 2009.

Leaving her career as an accomplished and sought after European Facilities, and Health & Safety Manager, Natalie now heads up the business operations (Admin, HR, Payroll and Marketing) for the Bartlett Automotive companies.

Natalie has a huge love for dogs, and loves it when the customers bring their dogs in for a visit!

Jason comes to us with many years of working across local dealerships at senior level.  He’s now ready to get to know all OUR valued customers in Huntingdon.

Chris has joined the team from a local PORSCHE main dealer. Chris brings with him almost 20 years experience of the product, and knows just about everything there is to know!

Chris’s infectious smile (& bad jokes) can be found at our Huntingdon reception, where he looks forward to meeting you, and assisting with your vehicle.

Rochelle has a background in the motor trade, and has worked for other local garages prior to joining Bartlett Automotive.

Ready for a new challenge Rochelle has come to join us at Huntingdon, where she is getting to grips will all sides of the business, so you may hear her answering the phone, or you may see her cheery face as she passes through reception.

Nick comes to us with loads of parts manager experience. He’s very excited by our newly created role and we’re keen to see his experience put to good use.

Welcome to the team Nick!

Adrian has joined us from a local main Porsche dealer, where he has spent 20+ years training on the brand to achieve Silver Technician level.

Ady is recognised as one of the areas leading authorities on Porsche products and will be heading up the Porsche servicing and diagnostics for Bartlett Automotive in Huntingdon.

Andy has 12 years prior BMW experience before joining our Huntingdon team.

We’ve thrown him back into the deep end and it’s now coming back to him – quickly!

Andy (Nugget) joined us at Huntingon over 8 years ago and he’s still smiling!

If he’s not at work you’ll find him at a local Rugby ground, or down the pub!

Bill worked for Bartlett’s right back in the beginning. As a former F1 Trackside technician he’s travelled around a fair bit and knows his engines!

When not working Bill enjoys family life and loves garden gnomes – NOT!

Nathan is our newest recruit. He joins us from a former Aston Martin dealership. We’re really excited to have Nathan come on board, and cross train onto PORSCHE supporting Ady with this rapidly growing side of our business. Welcome Nathan!

Richard has joined the Bartlett team from a Cambridge Main Dealer. Richard brings extensive experience in running a Service Dept, Workshop Control and Parts section – so he’s well positioned to keep the plates spinning at Peterborough. He’s firmly taken the steer of the ‘ship’ and is enjoying getting to meet, and know all the customers.

Tracy has come on board to keep the Peterborough boys in check (admin wasnt their strong point!). Having worked with Richard previously, Tracy knew quite well what she was letting herself in for and was ready for the challenge!, and very happy to work with Richard again – go team!

Tracy’s smile is infectious – be warned!

Callum joined us as Senior Technician and Assistant Manager.

Having moved to the area Callum brings a wealth of knowledge having worked as a BMW vehicle technician for the Met Police.

We are looking for another senior/master technician (BMW or Mercedes) to join our team at Peterborough. If you have a minimum 5 years dealer experience and would like a fun environment, without the stresses of main dealer targets then get in touch.

Val is our pocket sized Bulgarian! He’s approaching 10 years with us. Val is a delight to have around, but he does still manage to regularly confuse us! For Val a shake of the head means ‘Yes’ and a nod means ‘No’ (in Bulgarian) – so we’re never quite sure if he agrees or not?

Emily, came for some work experience in summer 2023, and loved it so much, she wanted to stay!

We found Emily a motor trade  apprenticeship and her wish to stay with us become a reality! She’s very keen to get hands on, and is making a positive impression with everyone. Go Emily!
