Our Founders
The inception of our workshops in Huntingdon and Peterborough stems from the visionary drive of Damian and Natalie, a dynamic husband-and-wife duo.
Established in 2009, the first Bartlett company emerged in response to the abrupt closure of a local Huntingdon BMW dealership, which forced Damian, himself a seasoned senior technician and workshop controller down a new path. With an unwavering commitment to the brand he honed his skills on, Damian spearheaded Bartlett Automotive, driven by a passion to redefine local automotive services, whilst providing superior quality and affordability.
Natalie, brought her invaluable range of skills and experience as a former Euroepean Facilities and Health & Safety Manager. Her astute acumen in Business Operations sharpened up the processes, and now wears multiple hats within the company—be it Operational process, HR, Payroll, or Marketing.
Whilst facing adversities posed by the Covid era in 2020, Natalie and Damian exhibited audacious resolve, opting to expand their horizons. They introduced Porsche in Huntingdon and Mercedes in Peterborough to the repertoire.
