Our Founders
The inception of our workshops in Huntingdon and Peterborough stems from the visionary drive of Damian and Natalie, a dynamic husband-and-wife duo.
Established in 2009, taking advantage of the closure of a local BMW dealership in Huntingdon. Damian, himself a senior BMW technician and workshop controller, saw the opportunity to support local drivers with BMW servicing, repairs, and diagnostics at dealer-level standards, but with the personal touch of an independent garage.
Natalie, joined later using her background as a European Facilities and Health & Safety Manager, to bring expertise in business operations, compliance, marketing, HR and customer care. Together, Bartlett Automotive became a trusted ‘Award Winning’ name for premium car servicing in Cambridgeshire, with specialisms in BMW, Mercedes, and Porsche vehicles.
Bartlett Automotive continues to grow its loyal customer base, by adding and now offering first class Porsche servicing in Huntingdon and Mercedes servicing in Peterborough, giving more loyal customers a trusted partner away from the main dealer.
The hard work and dedication of all the staff has been recognised nationally. In September 2025, Bartlett Automotive was proud to be named finalists in three categories at the 2025 Independent Garage of the Year Awards — for Marketing Strategy, Consumer Choice, and Small Independent Garage of the Year.
