I shall begin with this, I was directed to this company after my Cooper S had a Hissy fit back late in 2021, I AM SO GLAD I FOUND THEM! Such a super service from a front of house team and the technicians are masters in their craft! VERY HAPPY WITH SERVICES I am very happy with the service I get from Bartlett. They always answer the phone within a few rings (unlike my local BMW service centre).

I get clear feedback on what can/needs to be done to my vehicle and they do quality work at reasonable prices.

5 STAR SERVICE Bartlett’s continues to be my go-to venue for the care and maintenance of my BMW. On this occasion I had a major service on my Z4. Warranty

Our standard warranty term is 2 years or 24,000 miles whichever comes first. Most parts will be covered, though consumables or fair wear and tear items such, as tyres, wiper blades, brakes and clutches are excluded.
Separate warranty terms for some items may be applicable and these are advised separately in writing.

Credit Terms

Any credit terms must be authorised and pre-qualified in advance by a Director or Branch Manager. Any agreement to provide you with a credit arrangement is submit to a minimum invoice value of £850.
