BMW garage Bartlett Automotive in Huntingdon, has recruited a new Workshop Controller, Dan Jeeves, to enhance the award winning service already offered to customers.

As Workshop Controller, Dan’s role at Bartlett Automotive will be to communicate between front of house and the workshop as the customer interface. Dan’s duties will include the management of workflow for the technicians, and the direct communication with customers to ensure that customers are kept informed about their vehicle repairs, services and MOT’s. 

Dan has years of experience in the motor trade, having worked previously at Jaguar in sales, finance and insurance, and more recently at Halfords in Peterborough as Centre Manager. Dan will also be responsible for invoicing, quality assurance and health and safety within the workshop.

Operations Director Natalie Boyes-Bartlett says “We have always put our customer’s needs first at Bartlett Automotive and with Dan joining the team we endeavour to strengthen our customer service and build on our already renowned reputation.”

The new addition to the team comes as part of a series of experiential developments to be introduced by Bartlett Automotive, to enhance the customer experiences, including a dedicated ‘work-space’ area with free wi-fi, designed for people to use whilst waiting for their car to be serviced or repaired.
