Two new starters for Bartlett Automotive

BMW and MINI specialists Bartlett Automotive, has recruited two new starters - Michelle Sweeney as Office Administrator and Shane Jarvis as Service Advisor.

As Office Administrator, Michelle will be assisting with accounts, invoicing and undertaking general office management, at the Huntingdon site. She will also handle purchase invoices, database management, and take customer bookings.

Bartlett Automotive to open a second site in Peterborough

Independent BMW and MINI specialist Bartlett Automotive Ltd is set for expansion with the opening of a second workshop in Peterborough.

The Huntingdon workshop was launched in August 2009. Owned and managed by husband and wife team Damian and Natalie Boyes-Bartlett, the business employs a team of 9 including 5 technicians, a workshop controller and a dedicated customer service advisor.

New addition to the Bartlett Automotive team!

BMW garage Bartlett Automotive, has recruited a second Workshop Controller, Ricky Scotney, to manage the busy schedules of technicians in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire.

As Workshop Controller, Ricky’s role at Bartlett Automotive will be to communicate between front of house and the workshop as the customer interface. His duties will include the management of workflow for the technicians, and the direct communication with customers to ensure that customers are kept informed about their vehicle repairs, services and MOT’s.
